Atlantic County, NJ Public Records

Atlantic County public records are owned, prepared, used, or retained by the local public agencies. In accordance with the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, these records are generally available to the public for inspection, copying, and dissemination, with a few exceptions, such as confidential or sensitive information.
